For over 28 years THE GYM has been Minnesota's home for Weight training, weight loss,  personal fitness training, exercise, weight lifting, Powerlifting, bodybuilding, and WWE Wrestlers who train here. The Gym is a serious training facility for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

The original  THE GYM started in Robbinsdale, Minnesota in a basement of a house.  In 1979 THE GYM moved to a small 1500 sq. ft. warehouse.  No frills, no showers or locker rooms - just the best atmosphere in the country to get big and strong.
