Boxing: Get an awesome workout while building explosive strength by hitting the heavy bags, enhance your coordination on the double end bags and hone your hand-eye coordination on the speed bags! This is not a typical "cardio" class, our coaches want you to learn proper boxing fundementals and conditioning as if you were training for a competition.

KickBoxing: Our kickboxing class combines kicks and punches to provide a true full body workout. We will focus on training powerful and practical striking that you would see in western boxing, Thai boxing or MMA fights. Our coaches will put you through a serious workout with an emphasis on proper technique and form.

Eskrima Weapons: Also known and Kali or Arnis. We are happy to be the new home of the "Philippine Combat Arts Club" Filipino Martial Arts are famous for their effective and practical use of weaponry, from swords, knives, bats, clubs, and empty hands. If you are interested in swords, knives, stickfighting or general weapon fighting this is where you want to be! This class is a great way to learn realistic defense strategies that not only work in competitions but may save you on the street.
