Note: For those interested in Personal Trainers positions at The Gym should we do not hire them directly. All Personal Trainers are independent contractors whom run their own services out of The Gym. If you are interested in such an arrangement please contact us.

The Gym hours

Monday - Thursday 4:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Friday 4:00 am - 9:00 p.m

Weekends 8 a.m to 8 p.m
